Figure 5: Severe perfusion defects in anteroseptal and inferior walls on 201Tl SPECT. Diffuse severe hypokinesis is shown on gated PET imaging. However, preserved uptake was demonstrated in anteroseptal and inferior walls on 18F-FDG PET. This mismatch pattern indicates viability and benefit from revascularization. However, this patient refused revascularization treatment, and then medical treatment was selected.
