Fever for ≥5 days and ≥4 of the following features:
Bilateral bulbar conjunctival injection Nonsuppurative conjunctivitis
Oral mucosal changes Red+/or cracked lips
Red throat
“Strawberry” tongue
Peripheral extremity changes Palmar/plantar erythema
(Painful) acral edema/ swelling
Desquamation
Cutaneous signs Diffuse
Polymorphic
Cervical lymphadenopathy >1.5 cm diameter
Often solitary/ unilateral
Usually anterior cervical triangle
